Driver/Engineer Jones began his career as a firefighter on July 17, 1990, with the Carrollton Fire Department.  Al earned the rank of driver/engineer in 1994. 

Some of Al’s qualifications include State Certified Firefighter, Hazardous Materials Technician, Medical First Responder and emergency vehicle operations.

 Engineer Jones has additional training in radiological emergency management, infectious disease control, arson detection for first responder, pre-hospital management of traumatic brain injuries, CPR/First Aid and radiological emergency response.
