Driver/Engineer Henderson began his career as a
firefighter with the Carrollton Fire Department
in 1985, and was shortly promoted to the rank of
Driver/Engineer.
Some of Billy’s certifications include, State of
Georgia Certified firefighter, HAZ/MAT
operations, Medical First Responder, and
Emergency Vehicle Operations.
He also has training in radiological emergency
response, waste isolation pilot program
(radiological), arson detection for first
responders and pre-hospital management of
traumatic brain injuries.
Billy is a 1978 graduate of
Carrollton
High School.
