Driver/Engineer Daniel began his career as a firefighter with the Carrollton Fire department in 1995. He was promoted to the rank of driver/engineer in March of 2000. He served as a driver/engineer on ladder truck #21 until April of 2004 and is currently assigned to Engine Company #21. 

Brian is a Georgia State certified firefighter, National Registry EMT, National Professional Qualified HAZ/MAT Technician, and has training in emergency vehicle operation. 

Other training includes arson detection for the first responder, emergency response to terrorism, HAZ/MAT rail transportation, pre-hospital management of traumatic brain injuries, radiological emergency management, and waste isolation pilot programs (radiological). 

Engineer Daniel is a native of Bowdon Georgia and a 1995 Honor Graduate of Bowdon High School, and enhanced his education through West Central technical College. 

Brian is a member of the West Georgia Regional HAZ/MAT Team and the Georgia State Firefighter Association. 

He is a member of Sardis Baptist Church and is active in his Sunday school class. 

Brian is happily married to his wonderful wife Allison, and they are expecting their first child (Carli) in September 2004.
