Jason joined the Carrollton Fire Department in 1996 as professional firefighter and was promoted to Driver/Engineer September 6, 2005. He is a Georgia State Certified firefighter, Certified EMT, National Professional Qualified HAZ/MAT Technician and has training in emergency vehicle operations. 

Jason also has advanced training in pre-hospital management of traumatic brain injuries, air bag and automobile safety systems, and waste isolation pilot program (radiological). 

Jason is a naïve of Villa Rica, Georgia and is a 1992 graduate of Villa Rica High School. He is married to Toffee and has two daughters, Lacy and Charlee. Jason is currently assigned to Engine Company #21. 

He is a member of the Georgia State Firefighter Association and the West Georgia Regional HAZ/MAT Team.
