Driver/Engineer Forrest began his career with the Carrollton Fire Department in August of 1994 as a firefighter. He was promoted to the rank of Driver/Engineer in _____. Jerry is a Georgia State Certified Firefighter, Certified EMT, National Professional Qualified HAZ/MAT technician, public fire safety educator, and has training in emergency vehicle operations.  

Engineer Forrest also has training in radiological emergency response, terrorism awareness training, radiological transportation accident response, radiological emergency management, waste isolation program (radiological), pre-hospital management of traumatic brain injuries. 

Jerry was born a native of California and moved to Georgia in 1994.
