Jerry is a native of
Edwardsville,
Alabama
and attended Cleburne County High School
graduating in 1987. Jerry has volunteered with
Cane Creek Fire department for 17 years with his
father and two brothers. He began his career at
the Carrollton Fire Department in August 1989.
He was promoted to engineer in 1995 and served
as a Driver/Engineer on C shift. In 1994 Jerry
was the “Fire Fighter of the year”. Jerry Enjoys
working for the city and hopes to do so for many
yeas in the future. On April 18, 2007 Jerry
Fuller was promoted to the Rank of Lieutenant.
Some of his certifications and training include,
Georgia State Certified Firefighter, medical
first responder, structural fire control
instructor, emergency vehicle operations,
National Professional Qualified HAZ/MAT
Technician, CPR/First Aid instructor,
radiological emergency response, radiological
emergency management, waste isolation program
(radiological), auto extrication instructor,
radiological transportation accident response,
heart saver AED training, emergency response to
terrorism basic concepts, special inflatable
restraint systems, and flammable liquids fire
control.
