Firefighter Dillard began his career as a
firefighter with the Carrollton Fire Department
in April of 1996. Lee has a number of certifications that
furthers his knowledge in firefighting and
emergency medical services. Some of these
include Georgia State certified firefighter,
National Registry EMT, National Professional HAZ/MAT
Technician, CPR and First Aid instructor, Public
Fire Safety Educator, Radiological Emergency
Response, waste isolation pilot plan first
responder (radiological), high angle rope
rescue, arson detection for the first responder,
basic structural fire control, and relief driver
for fire engines and ladder apparatus.
Firefighter Dillard is a member of the Georgia
State Firefighters Association and the West
Georgia Regional
HAZ/MAT
team.
Throughout his career as a firefighter Lee Has
Worked for the Carrollton Fire Department,
Haralson County Fire Department, Fulton County
Fire Department, and Timeline Ambulance Service.
Firefighter Dillard is a graduate of the State
University of West Georgia with a B.S. in
Psychology. He also has a real estate license.
Lee is an active member of the 57th
Carrollton Masonic Lodge. He is also the Dedicated
Father of two children.
