Firefighter Allison began his career as a
firefighter in the state of Texas. He was
certified firefighter I & II. He became
certified while in the military, by reenlisting
for a school option. Upon his return from Iraq
as a DOD government contractor firefighter
Allison was determined to be a firefighter for
the state of Georgia, by paying for the course
himself. After his completion with the
G.P.S.T.C. (Georgia Public Safety Training
Center) the City of Carrollton hired him on 11
Feb 2006.
While
firefighter Allison has not yet attended any
other courses at this time he will be attending
EMT & Hazmat courses in the near future.
Leon
Allison Jr. is a 1992 graduate of Terrell High
School in Terrell TX. After High school he has
served 10 years active duty in the Army and 1
year in the Army reserve, earning the rank of
Sgt. E-5. |
