Firefighter Presnal began his career as a
firefighter with Carroll County Fire Rescue in
1992 and also joined the Carrollton Fire
Department in April of 2000.
Some of Stacy’s qualifications include Georgia
State Certified Firefighter, Paramedic, and
National Professional Qualified HAZ/MAT
Technician.
He also has training in emergency vehicle
operations, CPR/First Aid, advanced pre-hospital
trauma life support, radiological emergency
response, Elkhart Brass Service and preventative
maintenance, automated defibrillators, basic
structural fire control, crash victim
extrication, infectious disease control, Cameo
Dos (chemical database), incident command,
flammable liquids fire controls, pressurized
container fire control, relief driver-engine,
special supplemental inflatable restraint
systems, practical fire ground hydraulics,
pre-hospital management of traumatic brain
injuries and hazardous materials rail
transportation awareness.
Stacy is a member of the West Georgia Regional
HAZ/MAT Team. He was born in Bowdon, Georgia
and graduated from Bowdon High School in 1988.
Stacy is married to Debbi and they have three
children, Justin, Kathy and Caleb.
